Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of all information of the nature of personal data obtained in connection with the use by Users of the website operated under the domain 100.gdynia.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal").
  2. The personal data controller [ADO] is the Mayor of Gdynia, Gdynia 81-382, Al. Marsz. Piłsudskiego 52-54, e-mail: umgdynia@gdynia.pl, tel.: 58 626 26 26 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
  3. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer [DPO] who can be contacted by e-mail: iod@gdynia.pl or postal address: Al. Marsz. Piłsudskiego 52/54, 81-382 Gdynia.
  4. Administrator przetwarza informacje o Użytkowniku zgodnie z przepisami prawa, w tym w szczególności z przepisami Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych  osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) – Dz.U. UE.L 2016.119.1, ustawy z dnia 10 maja 2018 roku o ochronie danych osobowych oraz ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 roku o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.
  5. The Administrator ensures the security of information about Portal Users, in particular by appropriately protecting it and securing it against access by unauthorized persons.
  6. All information about Users is collected automatically when they visit the Portal's websites. This information may be used to analyze User behavior in connection with their use of the Portal, collect demographic data about Users, or personalize the content of the Portal's websites.
  7. The Administrator has Users' IP addresses and information about the start, end, and scope of their use of the Portal, recorded in system logs. This information is used for statistical research and relates solely to the IP address used and when the Portal's website was accessed. It is not combined with any other personal data of individual Users.
  8. The Portal automatically collects data contained in cookies. "Cookies" are IT data, particularly text files, stored on Users' end devices intended for use with websites.

Pliki cookies wykorzystywane są przez Administratora wyłącznie w celu obsługi Portalu, w tym aby rozpoznać urządzenie Użytkownika i wyświetlić strony Portalu w sposób dostosowany do jego indywidualnych potrzeb, a także aby tworzyć anonimowe statystyki Portalu. Pliki cookies nie są wykorzystywane do pozyskiwania jakichkolwiek danych osobowych Użytkowników.
  10. The user may, in any case, block the installation of cookies, delete permanent cookies or otherwise change the conditions for storing or receiving cookies by using the appropriate options of their web browser, e.g.:

    4. in the Opera browser,

    with the proviso that disabling cookies in the browser may cause difficulties or even prevent the use of the Portal.

  12. The websites of the Administrator's partners, to which links are placed on the Portal, are subject to their own privacy policies (including the use of cookies).
  13. The gdynia.pl portal is committed to protecting user privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. By using the gdynia.pl website, you accept the principles contained in this Privacy Policy.
  14. The user has the right to:
    1. żądania uzyskania kopii danych osobowych, lub ich udostępnienia w siedzibie ADO w Gdyni (art. 15 RODO)
    2. request rectification of personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
    3. request the deletion of your personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), the so-called "right to be forgotten",
    4. request to restrict the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR),
    5. request the transfer of your personal data in a commonly used format to another data controller indicated by you (Article 20 of the GDPR),
    6. object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR),
    7. withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, provided that the processing is based on previously granted consent (Article 7.3 of the GDPR)
  15. ADO informuje jednocześnie, iż na podstawie art. 77 RODO użytkownik ma prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, 00-193 Warszawa, ul. Stawki 2, tel.: 22 531 03 00, dotyczącej niezgodności przetwarzania przekazanych danych osobowych z RODO.
